Making room for baby

One of the MANY projects we need to do before the baby comes is move Amy to Natalie’s room. We only have three bedrooms, so we have known that the girls would need to share a room. Grammy and Papa researched, funded, and put together a new PINK room for them to share. They were SO excited and slept great together the first night. They both made their beds as soon as they woke up too!

Next I need to get all Amy’s stuff moved over and get started on cleaning/organizing the baby’s room. Only 10 weeks to go (I am 30 weeks pregnant).

Amy’s 1st day of preschool

Amy had her first day of preschool today! She was so excited…she has wanted to go to school just like her sister the past 2 years. She walked into the class with no problem and starting following the teacher’s instructions (hopefully this will continue!). When I picked her up, she ran out the door and said, “Mom, I made some new friends already!” She then had to run back inside and show me the little girls she had played with that morning. I am excited that she gets to go to school and make new friends. :)

On another note: My pregnancy is going well…other than the occasional headache and swollen feet. This baby girl is very active and kicks regularly. I am measuring within range, but on the bigger side, so she may be another 9 pound baby like Amy (Natalie was 6 pounds). Only 3 months to go!
